Ecological and economic considerations make the transition from fossil fuels to alternative forms of power inevitable. In addition, increasingly stringent regulations are already preventing vehicles with high environmental impact from accessing numerous work areas.
Dieci-e Full Electric will be introduced on Dieci telescopic handlers for both the agricultural and construction sectors, guaranteeing performance and technical characteristics equal to a conventional vehicle.
The innovation doesn’t stop there: Full Electric models can be fitted with the E-Modular Power Pack, a modular system that enables the vehicle to adapt to different needs.
This unique system brings to life the first flexible electric telehandler, which can adapt seamlessly to meet all operational needs.
HYBRID BOOST SYSTEM
The Hybrid Boost System is the new system designed by Dieci – winner in the EIMA Technical Innovation Awards – that offers the dual advantages of protecting the environment and significantly reducing energy wastage.
The conventional diesel engine (with SCR and urea) is replaced by a system consisting of a diesel engine plus a Hybrid Pack without urea, maintaining the same high performance and eliminating the cost of AdBlue.
Optimised integrated management provides maximum power only when needed, so that the battery is charged only during low-power operations. In addition, the whole system is designed to function even without the Hybrid Pack, so it will keep working even on a flat battery.
DUAL ENERGY
Working in residential areas or enclosed areas requires even more attention to noise and exhaust emissions.
That is why Dieci has introduced the Dual Energy system: a removable kit* that enables the vehicle to be used without starting the internal combustion engine, ensuring zero emissions and quiet operation
Applied to rotating telehandlers, it allows the vehicle to be powered by connecting to an external electrical network (380 V) in order to carry out load lifting and handling tasks. A 22 kW electric motor and an LS piston pump allow precise movements both from the cab and using the radio control.
